Recipe For Vegan Malfouf
4 pcs onions
5 tomatoes
300 grams of rice
1 bunch of parsley
4 pcs lemons
1 half teaspoon pepper (without top)
3 teaspoons of salt (without top)
1 half teaspoon 7 spice (7 spices consists of allspice, black
pepper, cinnamon, ginger, weichsel tree, nutmeg and carnation )
5 tablespoons of water over the mixture
5 pieces of garlic
2 boullion cube
Slightly lemon acid in the pan
It should be on the stove for about 1 hour
Malfuf must be rinsed before coming down into a pot of hot water, they must be boiled in the water for about 2-3 minutes to soften slightly so that they can be rolled.
