This year I'm swimming the length of Scotland's Longest River.
The River Tay. From Kenmore in Highland Perthshire, to Broughty Ferry, downstream of Dundee. But I'm not swimming it all in one go - I'm swimming in 12 stages: one day per month, from January to December.
