I needed a belt sander small enough to move around and work in limited work space and to be used in shaping and finishing wood and other materials. So I decided to convert my bench grinder into a belt sander by using mostly recycle material available in my backyard at very low cost. Previously I have recorded this video about how to custom made inexpensive belt sander from a bench grinder and a bicycle hand pump and few other easy to find materials. And this time, i would like to show how i turn an old wooden screw storage box in a very useful belt sander stand.
