After an short stint at Point Billie, it’s time to move on , but not before sharing a few handy tips for the Ningaloo. In this episode, we roll into our next remote coastal camp: South Lefroy, where the salt is thick in the air, the sand is everywhere, and the sunsets do not disappoint.
We settle into the rhythm of life out here with a few steak-cooking hacks, launch the boat for a day out on the water, and soak in the untouched beauty of this stretch of the Ningaloo Coast. But just when things feel a little too relaxed, we hear some shocking news — our camp neighbour has been bitten by a snake.
Despite the scare, we finish the episode on a high — ticking off a long-time goal of snorkelling with a turtle in the wild. It’s moments like these that remind us why we’re doing this lap around Australia.
