This fish mole is made from fresh mackerel. It is a distinct combination of sweet, sour, spicy and tangy fish preserve since this recipe calls for a lot of oil, sugar and vinegar. This F

Ingredients:
1.5 kg Mackerels cleaned and gutted
2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
3 cups Oil
20 Red Chillies
20 Kashmiri Chillies
2 inch Cinnamon sticks
2 inch fresh Ginger
1 tbsp Black Peppercorns
1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
1 tbsp cloves
30 Garlic Cloves
3 cups White Vinegar
1.5 cup Sugar adjust to taste
