This sourdough whole wheat bread is with freshly milled whole wheat. And we are using a large amount of sourdough starter to help this bread be light and fluffy.
Ingredients :
1 1/2 cups sourdough starter
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon oil
3 cups freshly milled whole wheat
