The Tirumala Venkateswara Temple is a world-famous Hindu temple located in Tirumala, atop the Seshachalam Hills in the state of Andhra Pradesh, India. It is dedicated to Lord Venkateswara, also known as Balaji, Govinda, and Srinivasa, and is managed by the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), which is under the control of the state government. The temple is a major pilgrimage site and is considered one of the richest in the world.
