This one’s real talk — no script, no filters.
I’ve been a caregiver most of my life — first for my parents, now in a different way for my partner who’s autistic. I didn’t choose this role, but it’s the reality I live with, and I know many of you are in your own version of it, too.
In this video, I talk about what “caregiving” really means when it’s not a job title — it’s the invisible emotional load, the constant adjusting, and the work of staying grounded in truth without losing yourself.
