The 2024 NHS Staff Survey is now live.
Colleagues have until 29 November to share their thoughts and feelings about their experiences at UHL. This includes telling us about our culture, how safe they feel at work, what improvements we could make, and more.
Last year, more colleagues than ever told us what mattered to them. This means that we have been able to make real change in 2024, such as recognising more colleagues through awards schemes, launched a refreshed equality, diversity and inclusion training package, improved the way we tackle violence and aggression, and launched a new intranet to connect colleagues to the knowledge they need in their roles.
