The ladder itself was beautiful. It looks and feel premium.

Pros:
It looks and feel premium.
Has support straps.
Easy to carry (compact) but item is heavy.

Cons:
Hard to collapse and might get your thumb or fingers snapped when collapsing.
Foothold is not that reliable if not angled correctly as it can turn over the other way as it extends the other half of the ladder.
