My best ever Cod fishing session came from this very spot. It isn't far from the River Usk mouth and is next to the West Usk Lighthouse B & B down at St Brides. It's beautifully positioned on the Severn Estuary and as Bristol Channel Sea Fishing marks go, this is also one of my favourites, I have so many great memories. When it comes to wellbeing and mental health, this part of the world can give you a great boost, there must be something in the air!
