To get it, you have to first join BBP, then go the to event, then once your there, you have to burst 100 bladers (20 for effect, 50 for driver, and 100 for layer think), then after gaining presents, you must jump on and insert the presents in the chimneys of the cabins, next, find to blacksmith, talk to him, after that, you will have to go behind the blacksmith's house into the ocean, go all the way down, then look next to the sand, grab the crab, go up, find a person named Sora, ask to use their steamer, use the steamer, go back to the blacksmith, then you can obtain the layer along with the metal core badges. (I dont really know how to explain stuff to people so this is the best I could do guys srry bout that but hope it helps you)
