UME Drone Pilot describes the main characteristics and possibilities of the UAV Helicopter Alpha 800.
The UME (Spanish Military First Responders Unit) fly the Alpha 800 to collect critical information during fire fighting, floods, and all kind of emergencies and catastrophic scenarios.
The UAV Helicopter flies up to 3 hours with up to 3 kg payload in a range of 50 km while the operators are safe and can interpret the information from a dual monitor Ground Control Station that controls the UAV and the payload.
