Our South India journey continues with a deeply spiritual experience in Rameswaram — one of the Char Dham and a sacred Jyotirlinga destination.

After leaving Kanyakumari, we traveled overnight through Nagercoil, Tirunelveli, East Coast Road, and crossed the legendary Pamban Bridge, finally reaching Rameswaram near midnight.

🌊 Morning Rituals & Temple Darshan
We began Day 3 with a holy dip at Agni Tirtham, believed to cleanse past sins, followed by the divine 22 Kund Snanam inside Sri Ramanathaswamy Temple — a rare and powerful spiritual ritual.
The temple darshan, ancient corridors, chants, and energy made this an unforgettable moment of peace and devotion.

Lakshman Tirtham, Seetha Tirtham & Nataraj Tirtham
Panchmukhi Hanuman Temple with the floating Ram Setu stone

🌍 Dhanushkodi – The Last Land of India
A surreal drive where the Bay of Bengal meets the Indian Ocean, Dhanushkodi is rich with Ramayana history, ruins, silent beaches, and spiritual calm.
From here, Sri Lanka lies just 24 km away by sea.

We paid tribute to India’s beloved Missile Man at his ancestral home — a truly inspiring stop reminding us how greatness can rise from humble beginnings.
