Heather saw our son Peter for the first time in months

Our son Peter arrived to see Heather for the first time in months, now after she’s been living in Long term care for 4 weeks. I also attended a Care Conference with some key care team members. Everything worked out pretty great!

BACKGROUND
Heather first started showing signs of memory issues in early 2021, and in October 2021 she received the diagnosis of primary progressive aphasia, which is a form of frontotemporal dementia. Her cognitive decline since then has been rapid and steady, as frequently happens with early onset dementia. Her mobility has degraded at the same time, making the situation even more challenging.
