You can find 10 Super Supporter Posters in LEGO The Incredibles. Each of the districts has one super supporter poster and almost all of them can be collect as soon as you come to the open world.
The only exception is the super supporter poster in the docks. The poster in this district is located in a warehouse that only opens during a crime wave side quest. Simply complete crime waves in other districts until crime comes to the docks.
