A quiet walk at the dog park with Snowy and Stormy.
We didn’t go straight in. The park felt busy, so we walked down the road first and ended up discovering ostriches on a nearby farm - something we never even knew was there. We waited, knowing this time of day when people start leaving, and slowly the park became quieter.
Snowy stays on the leash because he gets overexcited around other dogs, Stormy gets to wander and when we reach the water, they’re both free.
These walks aren’t about rushing. They’re about space, quiet, and letting things unfold in their own time.
