What vegetable seeds can you sow in June? Well, June is all about prolonging your harvest to ensure you have a regular supply of lovely fresh fruit and veg all through the summer, into autumn and even through winter.

June temperatures and growing conditions provide much more opportunity for sowing directly outside and in this video I share with you 12 different vegetable seeds that I will be sowing in June, to help prolong and extend my growing season.
