While doing this review, I just thought I'd show a brief look at a couple functions so interested parties know what to expect with this radio. Side key functions are useful. Also, within chirp itself there are a lot of good options to make the radio how you want. As time goes on using it, I like the functionality of it more and more. And it definitely is accessible to get to the menus once you learn them. I think there's a moderate to high learning curve to this radio. At least it was for me being a bit more old-school. Just take the time to read the manual first then get a RED cable and get inside chirp. And of course, watch my vids.
