PWD Principal Chief Engineer (PCE) Uttam Parsekar stayed silent when he was asked about the allegations made by the accused Pooja Naik in the ‘Cash-for-Job’ scam. During the laying of the foundation stone for the flyover at Dhargal, Parsekar was bombarded with questions on the matter, but uttered two words, “no comments” and remained silent.
