One Pot Chili n Cornbread In a Dutch Oven

While Camping for our Anniversary my wife and I made chili and Cornbread. We usually use a separate pan for the cornbread but we forgot it. We forgot a lot of things on this trip.
So after the chili was cooked we decided to just pour the cornbread mixture over the top of the chili.
It came out very well considering we forgot the canned tomatoes also. :)
We had fun making this video, I hope you enjoy it.
RECIPE:
1lb Ground Beef
1 medium diced onion
2 15.5 oz cans Kidney Beans
1 package of Chili seasoning. (or more to taste)
1 box of Jiffy cornbread/Muffin mix
1 egg
1/3 cup of milk
DIRECTIONS:
1. Brown Ground Beef
2. add Onions, Beans and Seasoning , cook thoroughly
3. Make cornbread as described on box and pour over top of Chili
4. Cook until cornbread is done. (golden brown around edges and top)
5. Serve and Enjoy
