WOULD YOU choose to only eat raw meat if 'it helps clear your skin and lose weight'? 19-year-old India Castley, from Southport, England, who switched to the carnivore diet over a year ago, says this has been the best thing she's done to herself. India said: "What I eat in a day varies from day to day and people think that it's quite boring and restrictive but once you get into it, you will never want to stop." From raw steak and eggs to beef fat moisturiser, India claims the raw lifestyle has transformed her physically and mentally. "I honestly recommend everyone try the carnival attire at least once in a lifetime, because they've really got nothing to lose," she added. "It has brought me out of such a terrible, bad place, mentally and physically, I feel like everyone deserves to feel as happy as I feel."
