Taking off from the Calatabiano airfield, aboard Franco Italiano's M16 Plus in the beautiful natural scenary of Taormina, Giardini Naxos under the supervision of the smoking Etna Vulcan. A corner of Eastern Sicily that the whole world envies us.

The Catalabiano Airfield (CT05) offers everything a pilot in transit expects to have, starting with a welcome from local members out of the ordinary. Once landed it is in possible to have a Hangar place for the shelter plane, fuel in the field, a farmhouse equipped with every comfort as well as the possibility of renting a car that is delivered directly to the field or to organize excursions to discover the surrounding natural beauties.

In Autumn Franco will attempt the altitude record with this Autogiro trying to reach 10,000 meters (32808 Feet) right above Mount Etna.
