After nearly eight years of uncertainty, the family of Keeshae Jacobs, a young woman who disappeared from her Richmond home in 2016, is receiving some long-awaited closure.
Richmond Police Chief Rick Edwards delivered a significant update on the case Thursday, revealing that Otis Tucker, a man already serving a life sentence in Florida for another murder, admitted to disposing of Jacobs’ body.
