Hiralal is seen teaching maths to his class in a very innovative and entertaining manner, when a police constable arrives and asks him to accompany him to the police station, as he has been summoned by the inspector. Savvy asks Kalpana, over the phone, to come and have a look at the presentation she's made. Bua overhears this conversation and when Savvy, through with it, leaves the room, she cat-paws into the room and deliberately drops the lap top, lying on the table, on to the floor. This is the very lap top that holds the crucial presentation that Kalpana is on her way to see, and which has to be presented before a committee the very next day. Elsewhere, Mangat informs Gajendra that Hiralal has been taken into police custody for his alleged involvement in the murder of Kamla's chacha. He can, however, not be kept inside for long as there is no FIR against him. If Kamla could, Mangat avers, file one it could 'set' the master for a long innings in the goal.
