Dough:
• 250 ml milk
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking powder or soda
• Flour as needed
Filling:
• 250 g ground meat
• 100 g finely chopped onion
• Salt & pepper to taste
Steps:
1. Mix milk, sugar, egg, salt, and baking powder (or soda). Add flour and knead soft dough. Rest 30 min.
2. Mix meat with onion, salt, and pepper.
3. Shape belyashi with filling.
4. Fry on medium heat until golden and crispy.
