One year has passed since the killer semi, and it's mercenaries were captured by local law enforcement. However, one of the mercenaries, a modified Gavril H-Series plow van, managed to escape the ambush of police cars as they took down the killer semi, the Gavril D-Series upfit truck and the Dodge Charger. The plow van flees into the jungle, where it finds an abandoned garage and decides to use it to restore the Dodge Charger and the Gavril D-Series upfit truck that were sent to a Bizona scrapyard and recreate the killer semi from scratch, since the original "killer semi" was eventually destroyed for good.
