Clams Curry Recipe
20-25 clams (wash thoroughly to remove all sand)
Ingredients required for spice powder
1/2 tsp oil
1/2 nutmeg piece
3 cloves
1/2” cinnamon stick
1/4 tsp fennel seeds
5 peppercorns
3 dried round red chillies
2 bay leaves
Ingredients for the curry paste
1/2 tsp oil (I used coconut oil)
1 cup fresh coconut
1 small onion (roughly chopped)
1 tsp coriander seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Tamarind (walnut size)
Water as required
Other ingredients required
1 medium onion (finely chopped)
1 tbsp crushed ginger garlic
8-10 Curry leaves
2 green chillies
1 1/2 cup water
Salt to taste
3 tbsp oil (I used coconut oil)
