I wrote this song many years ago. It began with a simple conversation with a friend I had not spoken to in quite some time. When asking how life was, the friend responded, "I've been so busy I haven't had time to breathe." My response was, well, then I'll breathe for you. I went home that night and wrote this song. It took on a life of its own and became a song that I hope will connect with those in times of need, letting them know they are not alone.
This song was recorded in St Louis in the home studio of my friend Ben Kesler.
