How to Replace Lexus IS300 Belt Molding Door Trim

We replace the old deteriorated door trim (belt molding) on the Lexus IS300. These are great aftermarket alternative to the $250 OEM ones. Fit and finish is just like OEM for less than $30.
There are some tricks you have to do to get these off without breaking anything on the car.
