North Korean Refugee Tells Story About 102 year Old Cold Noodle Restaurant: Nahoe Naengmyeon (Busan)

In this video, we try a Busan dish called milmyeon, a cold noodle dish, for the first time, and we get lucky. We arrive at the restaurant at a very slow time. When we arrive, we order a bowl of noodles, and we meet the owner, and he tells us the story behind the restaurant. He brings us into his office and tells us the history. Then we walk around and see the original location and kitchen.
I honestly haven’t learned more about a food other than milmyeon. Its history goes as deep as the Korean War and this video may have the creators of the dish.
