Replication in Microsoft Access

In this retro episode, we're going back to some dark arts of the old days of Microsoft Access as we explore replication. Replication is a super handy way to keep many replicas "synchronized", so that you can have data collection in disconnected sites that may not have network access. Once a copy of a database comes back into contact with other replicas, it can synchronize and capture any additions or changes that the other replica might have, plus manage conflicts on records that may have changed in two places. One, two, three, synchronize! Let's go!
