1.5 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
12 Garlic Cloves minced or cut super thin
6 ounces of Fontina Cheese grated
6 ounces of Gruyere grated
3 ounces of Parmigiano Reggiano grated
Salt and Pepper to taste
