About Carol Brown
Carol Brown is a Sales Director at Microsoft leading an Enterprise team across Australia and New Zealand. Carol is responsible for ensuring her business delivers on the Microsoft mission to empower every person and organisation on the planet to achieve more.

Carol is a fully certified Leadership coach, member of the International Coach Federation and proud member of the Forbes Coaches Council.

Carol is a passionate advocate for small business and sits on the Digital Boost alliance governance board in NZ, and is an executive ally for diversity and inclusion both within Microsoft and the technology industry.

Tracy Taylor
Tracy is a Senior Partner at PwC and has been a woman leader in technology for the past 25 years, working extensively with organizations around the world to lead large-scale transformation both as a client and as a consultant.

Her leadership journey extends beyond the many titles and roles she has held over these years and she is proud to be a visible and out leader representing both women & the wider LGBTQ+ community.

Tracy’s leadership journey has included facilitating and leading Accenture's L3 programme, which aimed to support LGBTQ leaders and allies in navigating the many challenges in the workplace, and creating the “Ignite” Programme for PwC, which is about creating fair and inclusive opportunities for women & other groups that are underrepresented.
