Warriors Speedpaint | Johanna Thumbnail

So I decided last minute to join in on the Johanna MAP thumbnail contest because, like a lot of people, I am REALLY excited for this map!

I guess I should go over some things that are happening in the video as well to avoid confusion. At around 2:51, Tawnypelt's colors suddenly change from dark to light, that's because after I colored her I decided I'd rather use the daytime color pallet for her instead of the dusk/night time pallet I was using originally. I thought the daytime colors would go better with my shading method and that if I kept the dusk colors it would be too dark.

The final picture is a LOT different than when the speedpaint part ends, that's because I wasn't really sure which background and colors to use for it and I didn't want to record me meddling with stuff for hours until I was happy.

I also wasn't sure how I felt about the red star, it looked good with and without it so I made sure I was able to remove it if necessary, but for now the final drawing has the star.

There's also a part where I leave Tawnypelt's neck fluff lines inside Tigerstar's paws, my original idea was to make him a ghost, but I ended up thinking against it because I didn't think he would stand out enough while clutching onto Tawnypelt.
