When Sheldon’s father asks him to keep a secret from Mary, the stress of not being honest drives him at Tam’s for his first sleepover. Sheldon likes and dislikes certain things about staying over at Tam’s house. Sheldon pretends to be Catholic and confesses his secret to Tam, who pretends to be a priest. Right after his conscious his cleared, his colon was about to do the same.
