Drawback of cheating for 152 stars (Super Mario 64 DS)

Read description for more information:
This is a curiosity in Super Mario 64 DS; which is the Nintendo DS remake of Super Mario 64.

Normally once the player obtains 150 stars, he or she gets to see a bigger version of the penguin in Cool, Cool Mountain who notes that he hasn't been on the slide recently but he's always up for a good race, and Bowser has different victory speech where he says:

"Noooo! You've really beaten me this time, Mario! I can't stand always losing to you! My troops...worthless! They've turned over all the Power Stars! Wait, say that again. There are 150 stars in all??? What?! There were some in the castle that I missed??!! Now I see peace returning to the world... I really hate that! It's so horrible that I can't watch. I'm outta here! Just you wait until next time. Until then, keep that Touch Screen smokin'! Gwa ha haaaaaaa!"

Instead of:

"Nooo! It can't be! You've really beaten me, Mario?!! I gave those troops power, but now it's fading away! Arrgghh! I can see peace returning to the world! I can't stand it! But it's not over yet... C'mon, troops! Let's watch the ending together! Gwa ha ha!"

These were features in the original Super Mario 64 (which has 120 Power Stars) for the Nintendo 64 as well if you obtained all 120 Power Stars (but Bowser mentions the Control Stick instead of the Touch Screen).

If you have 152 stars (and possibly 151 or greater than 152 stars but I have not tested this), then you will see the regular sized penguin and Bowser won't have that special speech.

You are still able to use the cannon to get on top of the roof of Princess Peach's Castle with 152 stars.
