Easy Air fried crispy quails

The quails I used was purchased from Asian market frozen in a 6 packs. No need to deep fry it to make it crispy. Using the air fryer is an excellent choice and a lot healthier than deep frying. I strained the quails for almost 2 hours after blanching to minimize the water to make it more crispy. If you are short on time, you can use paper towels to absorb the water.
I air fried the quails for 20 minutes at 400 deg F, time can be varies depend on the type of air fryer you have, you can always check it and see if is ready before the times runs up.
