Before trying this exercise you should have already determined that you respond well to flexion; you should have already tried Flexion in Lying and it should have improved your symptoms, or at the very least not made you worse. The beauty of this exercise is that it is both a powerful flexion force, and you can do it anywhere, even at work.
Perform 5-10 repetitions every 2-3 hours, or as needed for back pain and/or sciatica relief.
