All of us believe our mind blindly.

We think we know the truth, we think we know the facts, we think that we understand ourselves and people. But do we?

Our mind is constantly interpreting the world around us but are it's interpretations accurate?

When 2 people look at a situation they see it differently. Whose perception is accurate and whose is not?

So many conflicts occur because each of us thinks we are right. But are we?

What if all along our mind has been lying to us, deluding us, concocting stories and "making shit up!"

In this video we come face to face with the way the mind distorts reality and makes us believe it's distortions.

Once we understand this we can begin the process of confronting our mind and taking back the power we have given it.
