I have been wanting to do this video for awhile and I finally got around to filming a natural hair Journey video discussing why I gave up weave and the fact that it was an idol for me to how my natural hair Journey has been since getting pregnant. This will be apart of a series discussing enhancing our natural beauty over replacing it and I’m excited to discuss more topics!
Hair is an important part of our life and for a lot of us it took awhile to get to a point where we feel comfortable wearing our natural hair so when I say I totally understand wearing extensions, I do. I get it. HOWEVER, coming out of that and getting to a place where I feel beautiful whether it’s the standard or not has been freeing and I hope you can experience that too 🤍
