In this video, I have shared how to make Jamaican Pepper Shrimp

INGREDIENTS
1 -lbs Whole Shrimp (With head On)
2- Scotch Bonnet Pepper (Diced)
1- Medium Onion (Diced)
1- Garlic Clove (Diced)
2- Stalks Scallion (Diced)
1- Sprig Thyme (Separate from Stem)
1⁄2- Teaspoon salt
1- Teaspoon Paprika or Annatto (For coloring) 1- Teaspoon All Purpose Seasoning
1- Teaspoon Seafood Seasoning
1/2- Cup Water
Red Food Coloring
Lemon Wedges (Garnish)
1/4-Cup of Vinegar
