Hey y'all, welcome back once again to the channel! I haven't been active here in a while, and I wanted to give an update on my headspace and the conclusion I've reached similar to "The Centipede's Dilemma", which is a poem about being too much in your head and questioning yourself to the point of holding yourself back from truly living. With this video I conclude the series of those "do what you feel like doing" and "empty your mind" videos, as these were mindsets that had some merit though ultimately weren't the solution. I'm at a point now where I'm just being and following my intuition, going with the flow and taking action that feels right to me, without the mental baggage of what the "right" way to be is.
