They walk down to the bottom of the hills and plough the farmland with oxen to prepare the field for buckwheat farming. Using traditional methods, the land is slowly shaped for the coming season.
After the hard work in the fields, they return home. In the warm village kitchen, buckwheat bread is prepared, and smoky pork sukuti is cooked slowly on a wood fire, filling the air with rich traditional flavors.
As the day comes together, everyone gathers around the fire, sharing food, warmth, and stories. Even our little kitten joins the moment after hunting a mouse, adding a touch of village life and joy 😄
