Who is the Holy Spirit? According to the word of God, Holy Spirit is the third person of Trinity God head, He is the counsellor, Comforter, Spirit of Truth, Teacher, Helper, Mediator, Guidance and our True Friend.
From the day of Pentecost till this present century Holy spirit is moving in the body of Christ to empowered every believers to be Christ witness Acts 1:8
In the 1st century church the Apostles turned this world upside down in just one generation because with the power of the Holy Spirit.
It's God's desire for every believer to be filled with the power of the Holy Spirit.
As Jesus said don't move from Jerusalem upper room until the fulfillment of Father's promise and that promise was about the filling of the Holy Spirit to His disciples Acts 1:4-5, The promise was fullfilled in Acts 2 when 120 people were filled by the Holy Spirit and on that day the Church was established after that disciples started preaching and sharing the gospel of Jesus christ and sign, wonders and miracles took place, many souls added into the kingdom of God. Even after receiving Jesus as our personal Lord and Savior we need to be filled by the Holy Spirit and grow in the knowledge of His word.
