葉衣菩薩（梵文：Parṇa-śabarī[1]；藏文：རི་ཁྲོད་ལོ་མ་གྱོན་མ།），又譯「缽蘭拏賒嚩哩菩薩」、「葉衣菩薩」、「披葉衣菩薩」、「葉衣觀自在菩薩」、「葉衣觀世音菩薩」、「山間葉衣母」、「山間葉衣佛母」，位於胎藏界曼荼羅觀音院。為三十三觀音之變化身之一，全身裹以蓮葉，常示現居住在山間。葉衣菩薩是一位消除疾病瘟疫、遮止怖畏災難的殊勝女性菩薩。葉衣菩薩有許多種不同的化身，例如黑葉衣菩薩、藍葉衣菩薩、綠葉衣菩薩、黃葉衣菩薩等等，其中也有不同的形象，但她們其實都是同一位菩薩的不同化身，而不同化身的葉衣菩薩也都各有心咒。


Parṇa-śabarī Bodhisattva (Sanskrit: Parṇa-śabarī; Tibetan: རི་ཁྲོད་ལོ་མ་གྱོན་མ།), also translated as "Parṇaśabarī Bodhisattva," "Leaf-clad Bodhisattva," "Leaf-robed Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva," "Leaf-robed Guanyin Bodhisattva," "Mountain-dwelling Leaf-clad Mother," or "Mountain-dwelling Leaf-robed Buddha Mother," is located in the Avalokiteśvara Hall of the Garbhakoṣa Mandala. She is one of the manifestations of the Thirty-three Forms of Avalokiteśvara, entirely wrapped in lotus leaves and often depicted dwelling in mountain settings.

Parṇa-śabarī Bodhisattva is a supreme female bodhisattva who dispels diseases, plagues, fears, and calamities. She has various manifestations, including the Black Parṇa-śabarī, Blue Parṇa-śabarī, Green Parṇa-śabarī, Yellow Parṇa-śabarī, and others, each with a distinct appearance. Despite their different forms, they are all manifestations of the same bodhisattva. Each manifestation also has its own unique mantra.


葉衣母的身黃色，有三面及六臂，其中間面黃色，右為白色，左為紅色，每面均現忿怒表情，各有三隻眼睛，各口微張而露出四顆尖尖的犬牙。葉衣母的右邊第一手置胸前持金剛杵，左邊第一隻手持勾索亦置胸前；右邊第二手持降魔斧頭，左邊第二手持樹葉；右邊第三手持一箭，左邊第三手持由有花之樹木所造的弓。本尊的姿勢是半蹲立、半斜坐的，左足蹲伸而右足屈入。這個姿勢稱為“皇帝坐姿”。在葉衣母身上，佩戴了種種寶石瓔珞。他的下身，披圍著一件由樹葉串編的草葉裙，就像某些國家的原居民之民族服飾般。葉衣母的容貌及身相十分年青，身上發出如太陽的光芒，坐在屍墊、月座及蓮花之上。在他的頭上，有一尊小小的不動佛像頂飾般坐在頭頂。這個頂飾既表義敬師之教理，亦表示葉衣母屬於不動佛之金剛佛部。

嗡必霞字霸那霞娃熱薩娃咋拉扎霞嗎那也唆哈

葉衣佛母的功德利益：
一、「葉衣佛母」乃觀世音菩薩化身，特別為救度瘟疫中苦難的眾生而來。
二、此法在經典及續部中均有記載。皆有多種修持法門。
三、有信心，努力修法者，可預防感染、得病者可安泰，修持「葉衣佛母法」具有神速的加持力。

觀想以簡易之方式「自己面前虛空中葉衣佛母，右眼似太陽之光，左眼似月亮之光，面貌極慈悲，我們以猛烈的信心祈請，並念頌讚頌文及心咒，觀想葉衣佛母兩眼同時放光，融入自己與疫區之眾生，一切瘟疫疾病皆消除」。

以此功德願速能，成就葉衣母之境。　
並將一切諸眾生，安立於同等果境。

Imagine Parṇaśabarī Buddha Mother in the space before you. Her right eye radiates the light of the sun, and her left eye radiates the light of the moon. With an extremely compassionate expression, we pray to her with unwavering devotion, reciting praises and mantras. Visualize her eyes emitting light that merges with ourselves and all beings in plague-stricken areas, eliminating all diseases and epidemics.

May the merits of this practice quickly lead to the realization of the state of Parṇaśabarī Buddha Mother.
May all beings be established in the same state of liberation.
