Ingredients:
1 cup soyabean granules
1 medium onion (finely chopped)
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
1–2 green chillies (finely chopped)
1 cup besan
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chat masala
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow frying or deep frying

Instructions:
Step 1 - Take 1 cup soyabean granules and soak in hot water for 10 minutes.
Squeeze all the water completely.
Step 2 - Now take a mixer jar, add ginger, garlic, green chillies and coriander in it and grind it. Then add soybean in it, grind it finely and transfer it to a plate.
Step 3 - Now add gram flour and ghee to it and mix it well. Then add onion, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala to it and mix it well.
Step 4 - Now, using a pencil, shape them into kebabs and then deep dry them on high flame.
Step 5 - Now serve them hot with your favorite chutney.
चरण 1 - 1 कप सोयाबीन के दाने लें और उन्हें 10 मिनट के लिए गर्म पानी में भिगो दें।
सारा पानी निचोड़ लें।
चरण 2 - अब एक मिक्सर जार लेंगे फिर उसमें अदरक, लहसुन, हरी मिर्च और धनिया डालकर पीसेंगे, फिर उसमें सोयाबीन डालकर इस्तेमाल करेंगे, फिर भी बारिक पीसकर एक प्लेट में ट्रांसफर कर लेंगे।
चरण 3 - अब इसमें बेसन और घी डालकर अच्छे से मिलाएं, फिर उसमें प्याज, नमक, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, धनिया पाउडर, हल्दी पाउडर और गरम मसाला डालकर अच्छे से मिलाएं।
चरण 4 - अब एक पैनसिल की मदद से इनको कबाब का आकार देंगे, फिर तेज आंच पर कबाब को गहराई तक सुखाएंगे
चरण 5 - अब इन्हें गरम गरम अपने मनपसंद चटनी के साथ परोस कर लेंगे
