This is a video lecture on INTEGRATION OF RATIONAL FUNCTIONS BY PARTIAL FRACTIONS ( Case 3 & 4). This technique technique consists essentially the decomposition of proper fraction to its equivalent partial fractions. Two cases will be discussed in this video: Case 3 (Distinct Irreducible Quadratic Factors in the Denominator) and Case 4 (Repeated Irreducible Quadratic Factors in the Denominator). One example in each case is presented here in order to illustrate the step by step procedure in integrating rational functions by its equivalent partial fractions.
