I went to Birmingham, UK on a quest to search for the best hidden gems restaurant in the city. We found a Hong Kong style cafe (Cha Chaan Teng) in China Town and sampled some Cantonese cuisine with a Southeast Asian influence.
We found an Asian Food hall (Asia Asia Food Hall) and had the infamous Chinese Burger aka Rou Jia Mo, tried the spicy and flavourful Thai Boat Noodle Soup (Kuaytiaw Reua) with a super flavourful broth. We also sampled Malaysian classics street food Kaya Toast, Bak Kut Teh, and Laksa all in one place.
We also had the chance to taste the Korean fried chicken and more authentic South China dishes in another hot spot called Tin Tin Food Hall Birmingham. Along the way, we sampled some British classics too!
