If you are new to strength training or just getting back into it, this is a great workout to start with! In this 30-minute full-body strength workout, we will start with a warm-up and then work through 3, no repeat circuits consisting of several compound and isolation exercises. I will provide verbal cues throughout to help you focus on proper form and that mind-muscle connection to ensure you get the most out of your training! During our workout, you can also omit the weights if needed or take longer rests. This workout will not only build a strong body but also the confidence you need to begin your strength training journey!

ONE PAIR OF DUMBBELLS - THE WEIGHT USED WILL BE RELATIVE TO YOU! SELECT A LIGHT TO MODERATE WEIGHT TO BEGIN WITH AND THEN INCREASE AS YOU WORK THROUGH NEW STRENGTH WORKOUTS
